Denny’s set out to make a big impact by giving away 2 Million Grand Slam breakfasts this morning – and they certainly did. On Twitter, reports are twittering in of lines across the country. The waitresses aren’t the only servers getting grand slammed. The web servers for the Dennys.com website apparently crashed from the traffic caused by freebie seeking diners. Here’s what I found when accessing dennys.com a short time ago:
Denny’s will be serving free Grand Slam breakfasts until 2 pm today. If you go, be sure to report your experience back here… And don’t forget to tip your overwhelmed server!
